Job Description

    As a Conversationalist with a Sales focus in the Wellness, Service, Hospitality, or Retail Industry, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations while maintaining a problem solver attitude. Your presentable and people-person persona will be an asset to the team. The Indian Wellness Industry is thriving, projected to grow at a rate of 20% per year for the next 3 years. Joining Meghavi Wellness, a leader in the industry with over 50 outlets and 500 team members, offers you the opportunity to be part of a company that has doubled its growth over the past 2 years despite the challenges posed by Covid-19. By 2025, Meghavi Wellness aims to expand its team to over 1000 members.We are looking for a Graduate or Diploma holder with decent computer knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Retail, Service, or Hospitality industries. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in different shifts and adhere to grooming standards as per policy. Fluency in English/Hindi and a Regional Language is required.Remuneration and incentives are based on target achievements, ranging from Rs 3,000 to Rs 10,000 per month. Additional benefits include health insurance, provident fund, and 6 days of SL/PL leaves per year.
