Job Description

    As an Employee Growth & Operations Coach at WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding, training, and initial support of new employees. Your focus will be on understanding individuals beyond standard procedures, identifying areas for improvement in skills and mindset, assisting them in overcoming obstacles, and fostering their personal and professional growth. Your ultimate objective will be to inspire and empower individuals, boost their confidence, and align them with the operational excellence of WeVOIS.Your key responsibilities in this role will include:- Conducting induction sessions and providing hands-on training to new employees during their initial 15 days to facilitate their integration into the operational processes smoothly.- Observing the performance of employees, particularly those in Tier 3 and Tier 4, to pinpoint challenges that may hinder task completion effectively.- Offering personalized guidance and support to enhance both professional competencies and personal development.- Developing individualized growth plans for employees and aligning them with long-term career aspirations.- Cultivating a culture that values people above rigid rules, emphasizing empathy and empowerment to nurture a motivated workforce.If you are passionate about fostering employee growth, driving operational efficiency, and promoting a people-first approach within a dynamic waste management company committed to sustainability, this role at WeVOIS Labs Pvt.
