Job Description

    As an Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager Sales & Operations at FEI Cargo Limited, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities in freight forwarding, both in Air & Sea, Import & Export domains. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong client relationships, developing tailored logistics solutions, conducting client meetings, delivering impactful presentations, and negotiating effectively to close deals. It will be essential for you to provide consistent follow-ups, updates, and exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and competition to create effective sales strategies, identifying and exploring potential markets for expanding the companys reach. Collaboration with the operations, customer service, and finance teams will be key to ensuring smooth service delivery. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and client updates to the management.To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes. Experience in handling air freight, ocean freight, and customs clearance will be valuable.
