Job Description

The company fosters an energetic workplace that welcomes innovative ideas, offers growth opportunities, and provides a positive environment for achieving goals.Key Responsibilities:- Proficient in architecting solutions for complex applications- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in development in C- Define, analyze, and document complex requirements- Understanding of SOLID Principles and strong design concepts- Experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems- Collaborate with global stakeholders for product development- Coach and mentor talent on development best practices- Excellent knowledge of Operating System Fundamentals, interfaces, and hardware subsystems- Experience in printer domain and RESTful architecture is a plus- Ability to work with technical complexities across different programming languages and frameworks- Lead end-to-end project initiatives by creating JIRA stories and defining acceptance criteriaQualifications Required:- Proficiency in C, C- Strong grasp of Software Design Concepts- Experience with Git and Agile Development Methodologies- Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills- Experience leading a team of at least 5- Candidates with B.Tech or M Tech degree are preferredAdditional Details about the Company:In Time Tec has made significant investments to create a stimulating environment for its employees to grow.
