Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Lead-Post Sales at Livspace, your primary responsibility is to handle customer complaints and reconcile them according to Livspaces warranty policy. Your role plays a crucial part in providing exceptional customer experience and enhancing client satisfaction and trust. You will contribute to Livspaces goal of becoming the top gadget brand with a range of high-quality products and exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:- Possess in-depth knowledge and technical expertise in Interior Products such as Modular, Custom, and services- Analyze the root cause of issues and provide effective solutions- Knowledge about the installation process of Modular, Civil, and Custom work- Strong verbal articulation, presentation, and written communication skills- Act as the primary point of contact for all product, service, and warranty-related queries- Demonstrate active problem-solving skills and good interpersonal and analytical skills- Continuously work to improve the quality of after-sales services- Ensure customer satisfaction in all circumstances- Answer calls and emails to update customers on their queries- Assist clients with comprehensive support- Make independent decisions and organize solutions effectively- Collaborate with different departments for timely issue resolution- Keep records of customer queries, updates, complaints, comments, and inquiries- Follow up to ensure appropriate actions are taken on customer requests and complaints- Conduct feedback calls with customersQualifications Required:- Minimum qualification of Graduation with at least 15 years of academic education- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar roleNote: It is essential that you understand the importance of your role and are dedicated to providing exceptional service that aligns with Livspaces commitment to customer satisfaction.,
