Job Description

    You will be joining as a MERN Stack Developer in our team, where we have 2 open positions available. The working hours are from 9 am to 6:30 pm, with a 5-days working schedule and fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays. To be eligible for this role, you should have 2-3 years of relevant experience.Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with a group of developers and designers to craft responsive and user-friendly web applications. You will be tasked with developing new features and enhancements using the MERN stack while adhering to best practices and coding standards. It will also be part of your duties to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement effective solutions as they arise. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes, staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development.To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field along with a minimum of two years of experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack). Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential, as well as experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration skills are also required. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies would be considered a plus.,
