Job Description

Responsibilities:Sales Objectives
• Drive identified initiatives in the branch to achieve the overall sales objectives.
• Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at branch level in the areas of Market Development & Sales Operation
• Identify the critical issues of the branch affecting sales & take remedial action.
• Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly/weekly basis.
• Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner within that branch.
• Enhance branch productivity
Market Connect
• Engage with all the Customers in the branch to ensure continuous business engagement
• Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, competition activities, schemes, etc.
