    • Ability to work on free products as well as paid low ARPU products
    • Provide student guidance by understanding their age, stage and needs
    • Use sales platforms and dialers and update real-time
    • Diagnosing and assessing client needs at a strategic and business outcome level.
    • Handhold prospective candidates and guiding them through the entire admission process.
    • Handling MIS systems, documentation, fee collection and reports.
    • Achieve agreed conversion rate from prospective leads to actual enrolments.
    EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • Lead nurturing, prospecting, forecasting, and driving quality opportunities to closure.
    • Must have 1 years of experience into Sales
    • Ability and confidence to sell employability products.
    • Strong verbal, written communications, and ability to articulate value proposition.
    • Target orientation.
    • Customer centric approach and a high level of empathy, patience, and confidence.
    • Familiarity with Sales CRMs
    • Enthusiastic individual with discipline and professional approach and strong work ethic.
