Job Description

If you possess a passion for interacting with people, closing deals, and creating a positive impact, this is an exciting opportunity for you!Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential pet parents through calls and chats, comprehending their requirements, and effectively converting them into customers. You will be tasked with identifying qualified leads, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them towards making a purchase. Furthermore, your role will involve offering expert advice on pet options, pricing, and services to ensure customers feel confident in their decisions. Additionally, you will need to adeptly handle objections, assist customers in overcoming doubts, and facilitate their pet adoption journey. Once a sale is finalized, you will smoothly transition customers to the post-sales team for further assistance. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for following up with potential leads, maintaining a professional demeanor, and ensuring no opportunity is missed. It is crucial to log all customer interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain organized records using CRM tools and sales software.The ideal candidate should possess between 6 months to 3 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, business development, or a similar sales-focused role. Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential, along with exceptional communication abilities and a knack for engaging with customers effectively. Being tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools is necessary, and a target-oriented mindset is preferred. While a minimum high school diploma is required, a college degree is considered advantageous.If you are an animal enthusiast, you are a perfect fit for the role.
