Job Description

    ****As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in managing the product life-cycle, from idealization to launch. With over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, creating detailed road-maps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with business objectives.**Key Responsibilities:**- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs.- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear and actionable user stories for the development team.- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and validate solutions.- Write clear and detailed product requirements and use cases to guide the development process.- Plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify improvement opportunities.- Track product performance metrics and user feedback to assess product success and identify areas for enhancement.- Work with development teams to plan and execute sprints effectively.**Requirements:**- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and basic technical knowledge to communicate effectively with development teams.- Certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., CSPO, PSM).This job also requires the following **Key Skills:**- People Management- Analytical Skills- Strategic Thinking- Wireframing- Scrum- Product Requirements- Design Specifications- User Experience Design (UED)- Data Manipulation- Agile Development- Product Development,
