Job Description

    As a Production Manager for Solid Wood Furniture, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing process of chairs, dining tables, center tables, and related products. Your expertise in solid wood production and proficiency in modern woodworking machinery will play a crucial role in the success of this position. You will oversee the daily production operations, ensure quality control, manage production schedules, maintain a safe work environment, and collaborate with other teams for seamless execution. Additionally, recruiting skilled manpower and optimizing workflows for enhanced production efficiency will be key responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily production operations of solid wood furniture.- Operate and oversee the use of Straight Line Ripsaws, CNC Machines, Panel Saws, Tenoners, and other woodworking equipment.- Ensure quality control throughout production stages including cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing.- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.- Collaborate with design, purchase, and quality teams for seamless execution.- Recruit skilled manpower as needed to meet production targets or project requirements.Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in solid wood furniture manufacturing.- Strong knowledge of woodworking processes and materials.- Ability to lead shop floor operations and manage production teams effectively.- Practical expertise with modern woodworking machinery.- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Preferred:- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a furniture manufacturing setting.- Familiarity with optimizing workflows and enhancing production efficiency.(Note: The additional details of the company benefits and location have been omitted as per the instructions),
