Job Description

    As a Hindi Teacher (PRT) at our CBSE school, you will be required to have a Graduate or Masters degree in Hindi with B.Ed qualification. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching Hindi in CBSE schools, you should be well-versed in Examination & Assessment as per CBSE board norms. Good to average communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with students and colleagues.Your responsibilities will include setting up schedules, crafting lesson plans, and selecting appropriate learning materials to meet curriculum objectives. By analyzing the needs, interests, strengths, and weaknesses of students, you will develop tailored lesson plans to cater to individual learning requirements. Monitoring student progress, maintaining discipline, and communicating with parents and school counselors about learners who may need additional support are crucial aspects of the role.You will also be responsible for informing students about various learning opportunities, preparing them for debates and other events, participating in school activities, and occasionally acting as a chaperone. Attendance at meetings, staff training sessions, conferences, and other professional development programs is expected. Strong multitasking abilities and a good understanding of current events are desired qualities for this position.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including leave encashment and a performance bonus. The work schedule involves day and morning shifts. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of teaching experience and preferably hold a B.Ed certification.
