Job Description

Starting from a 100 sq. ft. garage, we have experienced remarkable growth to become a team of over 150 individuals in just 4 years.As a Quality Assurance Lead - Apparel at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and uphold the quality standards of every fabric and garment produced by SAADAA. You will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and monitoring end-to-end quality assurance processes. This includes leading inspections at various stages such as raw material, inline, and final shipment. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on specifications, and resolving any quality issues that may arise.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in garment quality management, with a strong technical understanding of fabric and garment construction, particularly in knitwear and wovenwear. It is also essential to have an established vendor network relevant to our product categories and a background in textile engineering or a related field.
