The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a successful track record in implementing quality processes to ensure high-quality product deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Strategy: Lead the QA team, provide guidance, mentorship, and manage performance. Develop and execute QA strategies, methodologies, and processes. Act as a liaison between development, business, and stakeholders to align QA activities with project objectives.Test Planning and Execution: Create detailed test plans and cases. Define and monitor quality metrics. Supervise functional, performance, security, and regression testing.Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Evaluate and integrate automation tools for enhanced efficiency.Team Management: Manage QA analysts and engineers, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate skill development. Cultivate a culture of quality and accountability within the team.Collaboration And Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design testing solutions. Communicate QA status, risks, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks related to quality and delivery timelines. Proactively address defects and coordinate resolution efforts with development teams.RequirementsEducation and Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Over 7 years of quality assurance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation tools like Katalon, Selenium, Appium, or similar. Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Certification in QA or Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).Location: Jaipur, India.,
