The company has received various recognitions and achievements, including being honored as a top exporter and for operational excellence.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced QA Lead to take charge of quality assurance efforts for our software development and IT systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of implementing quality processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Strategy:- Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management to the QA team.- Develop and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and processes.- Act as a liaison between development, business, and stakeholders for QA alignment with project goals.Test Planning and Execution:- Create detailed test plans and test cases.- Define and track quality metrics.- Oversee functional, performance, security, and regression testing.Process Optimization:- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.- Evaluate and integrate automation tools.Team Management:- Manage a team of QA analysts and engineers.- Foster a culture of quality and accountability.Collaboration and Communication:- Work with cross-functional teams to design testing solutions.- Communicate QA status, risks, and solutions effectively.Risk Management:- Identify and mitigate project risks.- Address defects and coordinate resolution efforts.RequirementsEducation and Experience:- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.- More than 7 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies.- Experience with test automation tools.- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages.- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.Soft Skills:- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Effective verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of cloud platforms.- Certification in QA or Testing.Location: Jaipur, India.,
