Job Description

    As a Salesforce Fullstack Developer (LWC & Apex), your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex classes to enhance Salesforce functionality and elevate user experience. You will be tasked with creating and managing backend logic, which includes Apex triggers, Flows, Process Builders, and other automation tools. Collaboration with various teams, such as business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams, will be essential to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions effectively.Your role will also involve implementing best practices for Salesforce development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code, and conducting comprehensive unit testing. You will be responsible for integrating third-party services and applications using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in both production and sandbox environments will be crucial to maintain system stability.Conducting code reviews to uphold quality standards and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives will be part of your routine tasks. Furthermore, optimizing data models and workflows to enhance system performance and user satisfaction will be a key focus area.To excel in this role, you must possess 4 to 5 years of proven experience in Salesforce development with a specialization in LWC and Apex. Hands-on experience with Salesforce backend tools like Apex triggers, Flows, Process Builders, and Validation Rules is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, integrations, and working across multiple Salesforce clouds is required. Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce frameworks are necessary, along with a deep understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model.Experience with CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments will be advantageous, and holding Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II will be highly desirable for this position.,
