Job Description

    Senior Credit Analyst (SCA)Location: JaipurRole Overview:The Senior Credit Analyst will be responsible for structuring working capital and term loan cases, validating CMA data, preparing investor/lender pitch decks, and ensuring bank ready documentation for all client mandates across credit-related verticals.Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Conduct financial analysis, CMA preparation, and ratio modelling Structure deals aligned with lender expectations and client needs Engage with lender network for proposal discussions Support RM and Founder in complex debt structuring projects Create investment memoranda and funding notes Ensure documentation compliance (KYC, financials, business proof)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Average TAT for credit structuring 4 working days Sanction conversion rate 60% on credit-ready proposals Minimum 10 lender/investor discussions/month 100% compliance in document checklist validationJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate: Jaipur city, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s): What is current CTC What is your expected CTC Are you familiar with documentation requirements like KYC, audited financials, ITRs, and business proofs for credit appraisal Have you been responsible for validating document checklists or ensuring complete compliance Experience: Corporate accounting: 3 years (Preferred) Corporate lending: 3 years (Preferred) SME: 3 years (Preferred) NBFCs: 3 years (Preferred) Bank: 3 years (Preferred)Language: English (Preferred)Work Location: In person,
