Job Description

As a Maintenance Manager at our Sitapura, Jaipur location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all machinery and utilities.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks- Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical breakdowns- Supervise the maintenance team- Effectively manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records- Ensure compliance with safety standards- Support internal and external auditsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting- At least 3 years in a senior role- Strong understanding of maintenance best practices, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance strategies, utilities, and equipment troubleshooting- Excellent leadership and people management skills- Effective communication and computer skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams,
