Job Description

    As a senior project manager at Asymbl, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your role will involve ensuring stakeholder alignment, managing project execution, and ensuring that projects meet their defined goals and deliverables. You will lead projects that leverage Salesforce technologies for transformation while collaborating with a team of skilled professionals who value innovation and teamwork.Responsibilities:- Manage Salesforce projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and external partners, to achieve project milestones.- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring resource allocation and task prioritization align with project objectives.- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.- Provide regular status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders, promoting transparency and accountability.- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational processes throughout the project lifecycle.- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and integrating lessons learned into future initiatives.Qualifications:- 5 years of experience managing technology projects, with a minimum of 3 years in Salesforce project management or consulting.- Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other solutions.- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-phase Salesforce projects on time and within budget.- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, or similar.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on achieving measurable results.- Preferred Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Project Management certifications).- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.,
