Job Description

    You will be responsible for effectively managing technical projects for a portfolio of clients, engaging in visioning, product planning, road mapping, release planning, and defect triaging. Analyzing complex use cases, using analytics platforms to understand product usability, and simplifying user experience will be part of your role. You will also assist in improving processes and developing scalable solutions.Managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities will be crucial. This includes specifying market requirements for current and future products through market research and preparing, maintaining, and evangelizing the product roadmap. Communicating product solutions effectively both internally and externally is essential, along with being persistent in pursuit of all product deliverables and documentation.It is important to stay updated with emerging trends in IT and technology and collaborate with a team of engineers, UX designers, content writers, support, sales, and marketing to release solutions to customer problems. The basic qualifications for this role include a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field, along with 4 years of continuous work experience.Having a service orientation, the ability to work in a collaborative environment, excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, a fair understanding of good user experience and design, spontaneity, quick thinking, self-starting abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities are desired for this position.,
