Job Description

    You are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join our team in Jaipur. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial and compliance functions, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met accurately and timely. Your role will involve handling day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and internal control management. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance on technical and operational matters. Collaboration with senior management to offer strategic financial insights and support business decision-making will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Coordinating and managing audits, tax filings, and other financial documentation is also part of the role.The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification such as Semi-Qualified CA or senior accountant. You should have demonstrated experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance management, preferably in a limited company environment. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to lead a team and take ownership of responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will engage with various stakeholders.
