Job Description

    As an Optometrist in our company, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff development. You will play a crucial part in fostering client loyalty and expanding our presence. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities:- Hire, train, and assess store employees to improve productivity and performance.- Maintain the orderly and presentable appearance of the store.- Oversee stock and store operations to ensure smooth functioning.- Dispense and fit accurate prescriptions, spectacles, contact lenses, and other optical aids. Conduct refraction, diagnosis, and customer consultations.- Provide advice to patients on lens types, frames, styling, contact lenses, low vision aids, adjustments, and repairs to spectacles.- Manage inventory of lenses and optical products and contribute inputs for orders.- Provide qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales, stock, and customer feedback for decision-making.- Ensure quality control of eye measurements and audit fitments and dispensing techniques of Opticians.In terms of qualifications, we require candidates with a D. Optom / B Optom / M Optom degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
