Job Description

    As an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist (Non-IT), you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end recruiting process. Your focus will be on effectively sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining talented individuals who align with the Brands objectives. This role will require direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate/convert sales.Your job skills should include experience in hiring creative profiles and international or luxury industry hiring, demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), effective collaboration with hiring managers and department heads, proven ability to negotiate job offers, and willingness to travel 4 - 7 days a month for recruitment-related activities.In terms of personal attributes, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong interpersonal ability, the capacity to build relationships at all levels, work effectively under pressure, manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously, be self-motivated, have a solution-driven mindset, exhibit adaptability, show enthusiasm, and have a genuine passion for the brand.Your responsibilities will include developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with the companys workforce planning and growth objectives, identifying multiple sourcing channels, partnering with department heads, developing job descriptions, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting thorough screening and assessment, coordinating interviews and selection processes, enhancing the companys brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience, defining and tracking key recruitment metrics, implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with the HR team for smooth onboarding processes, monitoring and supporting new employees, and developing talent networks.For this position, you should have a Graduate/Masters Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management and at least 7 years of experience, preferably in the Luxury/Hospitality/Interior Industry. The career progression for a Talent Acquisition Manager typically involves roles with increasing responsibility, leadership, and specialization, including opportunities for international placements such as TA Manager, Senior TA Manager, and Head of Talent Acquisition.,
