Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying web applications using the MERN stack. The MERN Stack Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that the team meets project deadlines, stays within budget, and produces high-quality code that meets the clients requirements. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Manage a team of developers and oversee the development of web applications using the MERN stack Assign tasks to team members and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget Participate in the design, development, and testing of web applications using the MERN stack Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure that their needs are met Ensure that the team follows best practices in software development, code review, and testing Identify and mitigate project risks Communicate project status to stakeholders and management Mentor and coach team members to help them grow and develop their skills Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web developmentQualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field At least 4 years of experience in web development using the MERN stack At least 8 yr experience in Development Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIf you have a passion for leading a team of developers to build cutting-edge web applications using the MERN stack, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
