• Achieve life insurance sales goals through:
  • Recruiting agents
  • Training and developing agents on a commission basis
  • Supervising agent activity plans and ensuring they meet desired levels
  • Conducting weekly performance reviews (PRP) and updating sales management systems
  • Promoting and motivating agents for career progression programs
  • Encouraging agents to use the Agent Portal and CRM for managing customers and cross-selling products
