You will be responsible for promoting the Al Futtaim Electric Mobility brand to achieve your sales objectives while ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and revenue generation.What you will do:

  • Achieve Quarterly/ annual corporate sales targets set by the department lead
  • Develop a strong relationship with potential key accounts to lock annual purchase plans.
  • Maintaining and cultivating the relationship with the B2B accounts within the assigned territory, along with providing ongoing support.
  • Identifies business opportunities by establishing contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
  • Be the single point of contact for all key accounts related inquiries or concerns for Al Futtaim
  • Identifying product and service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market, and competitors activities.
  • Ensure business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of Customer data capture and accuracy at all Points of Sale
  • Preparing Fleet reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable within company guidelines.
Required skills to be successful:
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing Finance, or related fields.
  • KSA Automotive B2B (Fleet) experience.
  • 5 years in dealership or major account sales role dealing with Rental, Government, and Corporate organizations.
  • Well spoken & has a strong command of both English & Arabic language.
  • Ideally has strong operational experience in both Aftersales & Sales
About the team:This role will be reporting to the Head of Retail.What equips you for the role:
  • Proven track record of success in Automotive field sales and business development.
  • Motor industry experience: specifically, knowledge of Fleet Rental market in KSA and high awareness of excellent customer service and a sincere desire to exceed is essential.
  • Strong understanding of fleet sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate and maintain strong relationships across functions with internal teams, including finance, charging, and aftersales, to tailor solutions that meet client needs requirements.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM & Sales software.
  • Target oriented and drive to exceed demanding challenges.
