Job Description

    Job Title: Area Sales Manager Prime LAP (DSA Sourcing)Location: Jodhpur Department: Secured Loans / Loan Against Property Function: Sales & DistributionJob Purpose:To drive disbursement growth and portfolio quality for Loan Against Property (LAP) through DSA sourcing channel in the Jodhpur region. Responsible for managing DSA relationships, driving business volumes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining profitability.Key Responsibilities:
    • Business Development:
      • Identify, onboard, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for Prime LAP product sourcing.
      • Achieve disbursement targets in the assigned geography through active DSA engagement.
      • Drive sourcing of high-ticket LAP products (both self-employed and SME customers).
    • Channel Management:
      • Maintain strong working relationships with DSAs to ensure continuous business flow.
      • Monitor DSA performance and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
      • Ensure adherence to the code of conduct, pricing guidelines, and documentation norms by the DSAs.
    • Credit and Risk:
      • Work closely with the credit team to ensure quality proposals are submitted.
      • Pre-screen customer profiles to ensure eligibility and minimize TAT.
      • Monitor delinquency trends and ensure portfolio health.
    • Process & Compliance:
      • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
      • Handle customer escalations, if any, in coordination with the internal teams.
    • Market Intelligence:
      • Gather competitor insights, pricing, product offerings, and market trends.
      • Provide feedback to the product and strategy teams for improvement.
    Key Skills Required:
    • Strong understanding of LAP products and secured lending.
    • Experience in DSA channel management.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
    Qualifications:
    • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
    • 2 years of experience in LAP sales, preferably through DSA sourcing
    • Familiarity with the Jodhpur market is a must

    • Portfolio Quality (Delinquency %)
