    Job Title: Back Office ExecutiveLocation: JodhpurDepartment: Operations / Back OfficeExperience: Fresher to 3 YearsQualification: Any Graduate can applyJob Summary:We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Back Office Operations team in a stock broking company. The role involves managing trade-related back-end processes, client data handling, compliance, reporting, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.Key Responsibilities:For Freshers:
    • Assist in trade confirmations, data entry.
    • Perform client account opening documentation checks.
    • Maintain records of client transactions, KYC, and compliance reports.
    • Coordinate with front office and compliance teams for client requirements.
    • Support in daily reconciliations and reporting tasks.
    • Review and audit back-office processes for accuracy and efficiency.
    • Handle exchange-related backoffice uploads (NSE/BSE/MCX).
    • Resolve client queries related to demat, trades, or funds.
    • Monitor regulatory guidelines (SEBI/Exchange circulars) and ensure compliance.
    Key Skills Required:
    • Basic understanding of capital markets & trading process
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS word
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good written and verbal communication
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    Preferred Languages:
    • English, Hindi
