Job Description

    Position: Quality Control ExecutiveLocation: Rajasthan (Jodhpur)Job descriptionResponsibilities:
    • Conduct detailed inspections of furniture products at various stages of the production process.
    • Utilize inspection tools and techniques to identify defects, damages, or deviations from quality standards.
    • Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, including photographs and written reports.
    • Communicate with production teams to address and rectify quality issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to implement quality improvements and prevent recurring issues.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control procedures and standards.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of quality control protocols and guidelines.
    • Provide feedback and training to production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
    • Maintain organized records of inspection reports, findings, and corrective actions taken.
    • Conduct final inspections of finished furniture products to ensure they meet customer expectations and specifications.
    • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints or returns related to product quality.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in furniture manufacturing and quality control.
    Qualifications:
    • Must have atleast 2 years of experience in furniture
    • Previous experience in furniture manufacturing or quality control preferred.
    • Knowledge of furniture construction methods, materials, and finishes.
    • Familiarity with quality control tools, techniques, and inspection methodologies.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects or imperfections.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
    • QC report of previous experience will be plus point
    Remuneration:
    • Remuneration to be decided based on experience and current offering to the candidate. However, we suggest up to INR 3 lpa to 3.6 lpa as CTC
    • Hybrid mode
