Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As part of your role, you will be responsible for conducting Factory to Factory visits to generate enquiries, followed by meeting with customers to close the generated enquiries. The primary focus will be on promoting and selling our industrial air compressors.Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct Factory to Factory visits to generate enquiries for industrial air compressors.
    2. Schedule and coordinate customer meetings to present our products and services.
    3. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions using our industrial air compressors.
    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
    5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential customers.
    6. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
    9. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
    10. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
    Requirements:
    1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of air compressors, specifically industrial air compressors.
    2. Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
    4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
    6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    8. Willingness to travel extensively for Factory to Factory visits and customer meetings.
    9. Knowledge of industrial air compressor products, features, and applications.
    10. Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
