Job Description

As a Project Manager at Krisp Interiors & Architecture, your role will involve developing clear project objectives, checking drawings and plans for accuracy, and planning construction activities effectively. Your responsibilities will include:- Reviewing project plans, site conditions, and requirements to establish achievable project goals.- Ensuring accuracy in drawings, plans, and quantities, reflecting the project scope accurately.- Planning and scheduling construction activities in phases to meet deadlines and optimize resource allocation.- Supervising and guiding laborers, contractors, and subcontractors on-site for smooth progress.- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.- Enforcing quality control and assurance standards to meet regulatory requirements.- Allocating project resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.- Implementing safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment and adhere to regulations.- Managing change requests, analyzing their impact, and processing change orders through approval processes.- Monitoring project progress by preparing plans and status reports to keep projects on track.- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, proactively managing risks and challenges.- Fostering strong relationships between the project team and contractors to support a collaborative environment.Qualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors or masters degree in a related field.- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.- Ability to lead project teams and ensure project completion.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.- Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project manager.- Timely project completion capability.- Understanding of ERP implementation.- Budget management experience.Please note that this is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. Your educational background should include a masters degree, and a minimum of 2 years of work experience is required.
