Job Description

    As an HR Manager Recruitment, Compliance & Operations in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for various HR functions across multiple departments. Your role will involve owning recruiting coordination, HR compliance, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee feedback programs, and day-to-day people operations. You should feel comfortable working closely with department managers, handling candidate outreach and screening, ensuring company policies align with local labor laws, and communicating workforce insights to leadership in both India and the U.S.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Recruitment & Hiring:** - Manage end-to-end coordination of recruitment across multiple departments. - Conduct first-round candidate outreach, screening calls, and initial interviews. - Coordinate technical and department-specific interviews with hiring managers. - Support job posting creation, candidate communication, scheduling, and offer coordination.- **HR Compliance & Policy Management:** - Review, update, and maintain company HR policies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. - Evaluate policies related to leave, attendance, employee conduct, onboarding, offboarding, and workplace practices. - Recommend updates to ensure policies remain practical, compliant, and aligned with business operations. - Ensure proper maintenance of HR records, employee documentation, and internal procedures.- **Employee Surveys & Organizational Feedback:** - Plan, administer, and follow-through on employee survey programs. - Analyze survey results, identify key themes, trends, risks, and opportunities. - Communicate survey findings and recommended actions to leadership. - Drive accountability for improvements based on survey feedback.- **Cross-Department HR Operations:** - Interface with managers across departments to support hiring and employee matters. - Act as a key point of contact for operational HR processes and employee lifecycle coordination. - Build and improve HR workflows to support a growing organization. - Track HR activities, hiring progress, onboarding status, survey action items, and key administrative requirements.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.- 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, HR operations, or HR generalist roles.- Strong experience in recruitment coordination and candidate screening.- Practical experience reviewing or working with HR policies, leave policies, and compliance-related HR procedures.- Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes.- Experience administering employee surveys, engagement feedback programs, or similar HR initiatives.- Experience supporting a growing company with multiple teams or departments.- Experience building or improving HR processes and documentation.- Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, survey tools, and standard HR documentation workflows.- Experience in IT services, managed services, technology, or operationally driven organizations is a plus.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on hiring quality, compliance, employee experience, and organizational improvement.
