Job Description

    Accounts & Office Admin ProfileSPJ Group has been renowned group in market since 1962 and we are hiring for an Accounts & Office Admin profile for our Patanga Detergent Powder segment. The candidate should be local resident of that city and be able to handle complete Accounting, internal audit and office administration work.Responsibilities
    • Maintain the daily accounts and administrative tasks.
    • Producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results
    • Ensuring Proper Cost Centre Accounting for all transactions and ensuring project-level tracking of cost and revenue.
    • Taking care of compliance such as TDS, GST and income tax filings.
    • Able to handle general accounting duties like invoices, petty cash, sales amount, etc.
    • Creating and updating daily MIS.
    • Able to do bank-related work.
    • Should be able to handle Marketing & sales team day to day working and targets.
    • Maintain office services by organizing office operations.
    • Should have a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Capable to do internal audits and visit others branches for same.
    Requirements
    • The candidates age should be below 40 yrs. He /She must be a local resident living with family.
    • Qualification - Regular Studies in B.com / M.com From Reputed University. (Correspondence study not allowed)
    • Working Experience - 5 yrs. to 8 yrs. in Accounts and Office Admin as per mentioned job profile
