Hiring Now: Sales Manager Life InsurancePosition: Sales Manager Industry: Life Insurance Experience Required: 2 to 10 years Salary Package: 3 to 4LPA Reimbursements Location: Multiple locationsJob Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage all business parameters, including: Recruitment & activation of agents Premium collection & policy persistency Achieving case rate & case count targets
• Engage, motivate, and ensure agent productivity through strong relationships.
• Conduct regular training & development to activate new agents.
• Drive incentive and R&R (Rewards & Recognition) programs to boost agent earnings.
• Provide continuous support to agents and address concerns with HO coordination.
• Ensure complete compliance with regulatory & company norms.
• Manage and resolve channel conflicts within the team.
• Achieve product-wise targets and profitability benchmarks.
• Identify business development & revenue generation opportunities.
• Set, monitor, and mentor agents goals through periodic reviews.
• Conduct field visits, observations, and agent demonstrations.
• Regularly visit agents at their homes and offices to strengthen relationships.
