Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting data analytics, reporting, and data transformation initiatives within the Workday ecosystem as a Workday Prism Analytics Consultant. Your strong expertise in Workday Prism, data modeling, and reporting will help organizations gain valuable insights from HR and enterprise data.- Design and implement Workday Prism Analytics solutions.- Load, transform, and manage large datasets within the Prism data environment.- Build data pipelines and transformations for integrating external data sources with Workday.- Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards using Prism datasets.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define analytics and reporting requirements.- Optimize data models for performance and scalability.- Support troubleshooting and data validation activities.- Maintain documentation for data integration and analytics solutions.To excel in this role, you should have:- 510 years of experience in enterprise data analytics or HR technology systems.- Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics.- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and Workday reporting.- Experience integrating external datasets with Workday Prism.- Ability to work with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights.Mandatory Skills:- Workday Prism Analytics- Workday Reporting- Data Transformation- Data ModelingPreferred Skills:- Workday HCM- Data Integration- Analytics & Reporting- SQL / Data analysis toolsPlease note the following additional job information:- Experience Required: 510 Years- Job Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Noida- Work Model: Hybrid- Interview Mode: Video Interview- Background Verification: As per company policy.
