Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for managing daily operations which includes sales, inventory, customer service, and staff management. Additionally, you will supervise staff by training them in sales and communication strategies, and resolving conflicts between staff. Ensuring customer satisfaction is also a key part of your role where you will maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers, and advise customers on items to restock or remove from the catalog. Managing inventory by ordering new supplies and arranging stock in a visually appealing and easily accessible manner will also be part of your responsibilities.
