Job Description

You will be working as a Production Helper in the tyre production area, supporting daily manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting machine operators in tyre building, curing, mixing, and related production processes.- Loading and unloading raw materials like rubber, chemicals, beads, and fabric into machines.- Moving semi-finished and finished tyres to designated areas using material handling tools.- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.- Performing basic manual tasks such as cutting, weighing, and stacking materials.- Ensuring proper labeling and identification of materials.- Supporting in routine checks of machines under the supervision of operators/technicians.- Reporting any abnormalities, defects, or safety issues to supervisors immediately.- Following shift schedules, production targets, and quality guidelines strictly.- Complying with all company safety rules, PPE usage, and 5S housekeeping standards.Qualifications required for this role:- Minimum qualification: 10th pass- Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly line work (preferred).- Physically fit to lift materials and stand for long hours.- Ability to work in rotating shifts (day/night).- Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.The company offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 17750, along with shift allowance, canteen facility, and insurance coverage up to 2 Lakhs. This is a contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 36 months.Please note that the job type is contractual/temporary with a contract length of 36 months. The work location is in person.,
