Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, including complex dashboards, reports, and data models. Your key responsibilities will include leading data modeling efforts, writing optimized SQL queries, collaborating with stakeholders to design efficient BI architectures, implementing data governance and security measures, refining requirements with business users, and mentoring junior developers.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development with advanced knowledge of Power Query (M language) and DAX. You should also possess expert-level experience in SQL and working with relational databases. Additionally, a deep understanding of data modeling techniques, experience with large datasets, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms will be crucial. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, experience with additional data analytics or visualization tools, Agile/Scrum experience, familiarity with scripting languages or advanced analytics tools, and prior experience in domain-specific analytics.This position may require you to work from the nearest office for at least 2 days a week and log in from the base office once a quarter if requested by management.
