Job Description

    You will be joining a fast-growing information technology and digital services company, SayOne, headquartered in India. SayOne has successfully delivered over 400 projects to startups and SMEs across North America, EU, Australia, and the Middle East. As a Java Spring Boot Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying backend applications using Java & Spring Boot. You will collaborate with various teams to build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure the applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, working with SQL/NoSQL databases, and staying updated with new technologies and best practices.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications using Java & Spring Boot- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with external systems- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code- Collaborate with front-end, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and manage efficient data access- Stay current with new technologies and industry best practices**Qualifications Required:**- 3 years of professional backend development experience with Java- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs- Solid understanding of OOP & design patterns- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and microservices- Bonus: Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), or exposure to front-end frameworksIf you are passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions, this role is ideal for you. The position is initially remote for the first 6 months and then will transition to working from the office in Kochi. SayOne is looking for an immediate joiner within 1 week.
