Job Description

    As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing production activities in a manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production targets. Your role will involve managing a production team, scheduling activities, and monitoring processes to maintain optimal workflow and product quality.Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and guide production personnel to meet production goals and adhere to safety protocols.- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement schedules to meet production targets, manage resources, and coordinate with other departments.- Quality Control: Monitor production processes and product quality to ensure adherence to standards and address any issues.- Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations.- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes, implement changes, and optimize workflow.- Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to address production activities and any issues.- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and offer coaching as needed.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control, and relevant information.- Resource Allocation: Manage resources efficiently to meet production needs and enhance performance.- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, the job requires you to work a 12-hour shift from 8 AM to 8 PM. The job type is full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The schedule includes both day and night shifts, and the work location is in person at Changanacherry, Kerala.
