Job Description

    As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Grow Group Israel, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and distribution of specialty fertilizers and advanced agri-inputs. Your primary focus will be on enhancing crop nutrition globally, with a particular emphasis on water-soluble and organic fertilizers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed challenging targets within your assigned territory. Your leadership will be crucial in managing a team of field agronomists, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to establish themselves as trusted advisors to our customers.Building and nurturing relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and influential growers will be a key aspect of your role, solidifying Grow Group as the preferred partner in the market. Your expertise as a senior technical advisor will be instrumental in offering strategic agronomic recommendations for the application of our products on various local crops like cardamom, fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Ensuring exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns and fostering long-term loyalty and trust in our brand will be paramount.In addition to driving sales and strategy, you will be expected to stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate skillfully, and build strong interpersonal relationships will be essential in this role. Fluency in Malayalam is a prerequisite, along with proficiency in English and Tamil. A minimum of 5 years of experience in fertilizer sales and marketing, coupled with a Bachelors degree in Agriculture or Horticulture, will be required. Your problem-solving acumen, organizational capabilities, and proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies will set you up for success in this dynamic and challenging environment.,
