Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor at a leading BPO in Bhubaneswar, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and learning. We are looking for graduates, whether freshers or with up to 1 year of experience, who possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with basic computer knowledge. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.You will be responsible for managing inbound and/or outbound customer queries, providing product/service information, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The salary offered for this position ranges from 14,000 to 17,000 in-hand, along with performance-based incentives. The process may involve Domestic/International Voice or Non-Voice, depending on the profile, with rotational shifts (Day/Night) and 6 working days a week.This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work location is in person at Bhubaneswar, with the expected start date being 21/04/2025.
