Job Description

    As an Instructional Designer Associate at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design of individual learning items and blended learning programs. You will work alongside other designers and learning professionals to ensure the continuous improvement of design and development speed, efficiency, and quality. Your key responsibilities will include:- Participating in Skills Needs Analysis (SNA) conversations and documenting key points.- Assisting Senior IDs in leading SNA conversations and drafting learning objectives based on completed SNA.- Preparing Design Specifications and independently reviewing learning design against EY Learning Design Quality Checklist.- Drafting all deliverables such as leader guides, participant materials, storyboards, video scripts, and other materials based on Design specifications.- Writing assessments and practice questions based on learning objectives and reviewing all deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, and adherence to standards.- Liaising independently with Subject Matter Reviewers (SMRs) for technical reviews and reviewing storyboards against EY Learning Design Quality Checklist.- Demonstrating proficiency in creating and editing self-study programs using rapid authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.- Showcasing exceptional writing skills while designing various learning materials/deliverables and effective communication with team members.- Actively participating in team meetings, contributing to collaborative efforts, and assisting with design tasks.- Developing the ability to adapt to new design recommendations and embracing learning opportunities.To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for instructional text and facilitator materials.- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing business environment and good problem-solving skills.- Proactive mindset in seeking opportunities for growth and learning.To qualify for this position, you should have:- 1 to 4 years of experience in designing courses and learning items.- Experience in assisting with the design of effective learning solutions across different modalities.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and basic knowledge of rapid authoring tools.- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments to deliver required results.EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
