Job Description

    As a graduate with a minimum of two years of experience in office coordination works, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. A Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) background is preferred, along with a good understanding of computer systems.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessaryQualifications Required:- Graduate with a minimum of two years of experience in office coordination- Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) preferred- Proficient in computer knowledgePlease note that this is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated office location. Additionally, the company provides health insurance as part of the benefits package. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
