The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify, generate, and convert new B2B business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
    • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
    • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure long-term client relationships.
    Required Skills:
    • Strong B2B Sales and Field Sales experience.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
    • Relationship management and customer handling skills.
    • Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
    Preferred Candidate Profile:
    • 13 years of experience in B2B Field Sales.
    • Experience in client acquisition and business development.
    • Comfortable with field visits and meeting corporate clients.
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-driven professional.
    • Male candidates are preferred for this role.
