Job Description

    Job Description
    • The incumbent should have prior experience of hi-riseresidential projects.
    • Should be proficient & absolute hands-on in architectural softwarelike Auto Cad, Revit & 3D Max etc.
    • Should be responsible for timely release of drawings to projectsites & coordination with site heads /engineers regardingexecution issues.
    • Coordination with both National & International Architectural firms/ Consultants of repute.
    • Follow up & cross checking of drawings provided by Consultants.
    • Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications to ensure thatthey are fit to design concepts.
    Desiredcandidate profile
    • A self motivated /go getter, result oriented person.
    • Pleasant personality & excellent communication skill (written &verbal).
    • Good interpersonal skill & a team player.
    • Knowledge of High Rise Residential / Commercial projects & wellconversant with requirements of Real Estate sector.
