    Role & responsibilities
    • Contacting prospective customers via call to introduce our insurance products and services.
    • Engaging leads in meaningful conversations to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
    • Educating customers on the features, benefits, and coverage options of our insurance policies.
    • Effectively overcoming objections and addressing concerns to close sales. Following up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase.
    • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
    • Providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
    • Building relationship with channel partner.
