Job Role HR Administrator Job Location KolkataEducation qualification Graduate (Any)Job description Roles and ResponsibilitiesProcess HR Administration requestsManage processes like transfers, promotion, leavers, etc as per the requirementAnswer client s calls and emails Service DeskProcess client s queries Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition planAdhere to periodic reporting needs and monitor in-time delivery of all reports Follows appropriate escalation procedures adopted by teamUpdate all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the process Service DeskTake queries from Client on callsResolve the requests/hand it over to correct teamsThe role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organizationRequired SkillsStrong verbal, presentation and written communications skills Must have work experience of 4-7 years preferably in an Intl.
