Job Description

    Experience: 10 to 16 YrsLocation: PAN IndiaJob description:
    • Direct experience in working with clients on Solutions Architecting / Presales, responding to RFP, RFI, RFQ .
    • Expertise in Infrastructure Architecture and Solution design(Network, Unix, Windows, Storage, DB, MW, Virtualization, Cloud)
    • Should have know-how of Datacenter, Cloud, End User Computing Services based Solutions
    • Hands-on experience in any one or many areas in infrastructure domain; experience onInfrastructure Management Services and the respective market
    • Fair knowledge of various technology towers like Private/Public cloud, Data centre element like Servers, Database, storage, DC, DR etc
    • Strong understanding of Industry benchmark for Managed services
    • Knowledge of ITSM and DevOps processes
    • Excellent presentation skills and Communication skills
    • Must understand ITIL Process, and have an appreciation for bleeding edge of technology in Infrastructure Management
    • Should have Presales Experience / Solutions Architecting Exposure
    • Understanding of Infrastructure Services Pricing Models
    • Should have front ended deals with consultants like ISG/Pace Harmon/KPMG
    • Should understand typical delivery models such as Remote Services, Hybrid Services, difference between Service Selling and People Selling (Staff Augmentation)
    Responsibilities
    • Manage a team of architects supporting Cloud and Infrastructure requirements
    • Expertise in reviewing the solutions, documents, presentations
    • Support team with innovative ideas needed for customer solutions
    • Understand clients business and functional needs and create customized managed services solution aligning to customer RFx
    • Identifying the win theme and execution
    • Co-create with the client, articulate transformation, and drive innovation agenda for the client
    • Create cost models and experience in updating customer pricing templates
    • Responsible for complete infrastructure and cloud setup/design, systems analysis, security, data centre operation, network voice communication.
    • Acts as expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design, and delivery of IT solutions.
    • Advises teams of IT technology standard requirements, methodology and processes.
    • Create and deliver proposals, presentations, pitch documents to address client requirements.
    • Communicates and validates program architecture with infrastructure team, project management team, and technology services management team.
    • Conducts end-to-end technical plan design
    • Create Resource loading and create cost case
    • Work with respective competencies in the capacity of solution integrator.
    • Build long-standing, trust-based relationships with the customer and establish as a trusted partner with the customer C-Level executives.
    • Provide Engagement HandOver (EHO) to delivery for won deals.
    Must Have :
    • People management experience
    • Strong experience with any one of the infrastructure towers lie, Linux/Unix, windows, storage, cloud administration or related area
    • Good Communication Skills
    • Good knowledge and work experience on commercial constructs
    • Good understanding with at least one cloud provider Azure, AWS, IBM or GCP
    • Ability to handle complex problems from design and costing in time bound manner under constraints.
    Multi-Cloud Architect experience with responsible for leading the technical engagement for client cloud migration journey and helping enable success such transformation projects
