Job Description

    Location -Budge BudgeWe are seeking an experienced HR professional with expertise in compliance, labour law, industrial relations (IR), and HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage legal compliance, employee relations, and HR operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee relations, union negotiations, and conflict resolution.
    • Provide guidance on labor laws and worker safety.
    • Oversee HR operations like payroll, benefits, and performance management.
    • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
    • Lead training on compliance and industrial relations best practices.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Law, or related fields.
    • 10 years of experience in HR, focusing on compliance and industrial relations.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations.
    • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
